SEVEN Engineering’s site development plan for a proposed medical office building in Cobb County, Georgia, won the top prize among civil and environmental engineering teams at the spring 2017 Capstone Design Expo. The team was one of seven to present their project at the campus-wide senior design showcase.

Gadsby, Nylen, Greenwald earn coveted NSF graduate fellowships

Three School of Civil and Environmental Engineering students are among the winners this year of prestigious graduate research fellowships from the National Science Foundation. Two of the students, April Gadsby and Rebecca Nylen, are just getting started on their Ph.D. work. Hannah Greenwald is a graduating senior.

Greenwald named Tech’s top engineering undergrad, receives Tau Beta Pi Cup

Environmental engineering senior Hannah Greenwald has earned the highest honor from the Georgia Tech College of Engineering, the Davidson Family Tau Beta Pi Senior Engineering Cup. The award recognizes academic excellence, leadership and service, and it goes to only one graduating senior each year.
