where:

EEEEE is the episode
BB is the basecase
RRRR is the emission reduction

Episodes: 
	jan18 = January 1-20, 2018
	jul18 = July 12-27, 2018
	jun09 = June 01-July 09, 2009
        nov09 = November 19-December 18, 2009

Basecases:
	b1 = on-the-books
	b2a = on-the-way
	d1 = ???

Emissions Reductions:
	aso2 = all SO2 reduced 30% domain-wide
	anox = all NOx reduced 30% domain-wide
