As the pandemic dragged into 2021, Maria Warren found herself reading more and more.

With Covid-19 shelving her go-to leisure activities like playing soccer and meeting friends for coffee, the PhD student turned to books in her spare time and decided reread one of her favorites: BUILT by Roma Agrawal.

CEE picks 4 for new class of Future Faculty Fellows

The School of Civil and Environmental Engineering's new Future Faculty Fellows: Aaron Bivins, Albert Liu, Neda Mohammadi and Saubhagya Singh Rathore.

In its second year, a program in the School of Civil and Environmental Engineering that helps graduate students become great teachers has expanded, selecting three students and a post-doctoral researcher as Future Faculty Fellows.

New CEE Future Faculty program selects first three fellows

Ph.D. students Courtney Di Vittorio, Laura Mast and Xenia Wirth, the School's first Future Faculty Fellows.

The School of Civil and Environmental Engineering has picked three Ph.D. students for a new program focused on helping graduate students become great teachers. Courtney Di Vittorio, Laura Mast and Xenia Wirth each will receive $3,000 to help them develop their teaching skills and explore academic career opportunities.
