Cho and Wang earn tenure, Hunter and Konstantinidis promoted

Associate Professors Yong Cho and Jingfeng Wang, who have earned tenure at Georgia Tech.

School of Civil and Environmental Engineering faculty members Yong Cho and Jingfeng Wang learned in February they have earned tenure at Georgia Tech. Meanwhile, two of their colleagues, Kostas Konstantinidis and Michael Hunter, were promoted to the rank of full professor.

Suryanarayana and Watkins earn tenure, four others promoted to full professor

Phanish Suryanarayana and Kari Watkins received word this month that they’ve been promoted to associate professor and awarded tenure. They were among a half dozen School of Civil and Environmental Engineering faculty members who earned promotions this year.

Arson earns tenure, promotion to associate professor

Chloe Arson becomes an associate professor with tenure, effective August 15. Georgia Tech President G.P. “Bud” Peterson recommended the promotion and awarding Arson tenure a few weeks ago.
