The CEE Graduate Student Travel Fellowship is intended to enhance the graduate student’s international conference travel experience by providing funding for the student to extend their visit for a day-long cultural experience within the country.
The funds are meant to augment three other sources of funding:
- Sponsored research funds or other advisor-contributed funds
- SGA Conference Fund or Career Development Fund (up to $250)
- COE Professional Development Fund (up to $250)
The CEE Graduate Student Travel Fellowship will match either the SGA Conference Fund award, the Career Development Fund award, or the COE Professional Development Fund award, whichever is greater (up to $250).
Eligibility
- The student must be a full-time graduate student in the School of Civil and Environmental Engineering.
- The student must be the primary presenter of a research paper or poster at the conference.
