Leadership in engineering is needed now more than ever. Graduating students need to be equipped with the skills to solve global challenges, such as climate change, water scarcity and metropolitan congestion.
On The Uncommon Engineer podcast, Professor Adjo Amekudzi-Kennedy talks about the Global Engineering Leadership Minor and how the curriculum prepares students to become global engineer-leaders. Amekudzi-Kennedy is the associate chair for global engineering leadership and entrepreneurship, and a professor in the School of Civil and Environmental Engineering.
